XLMY-1160P Automatic Die-Cutting and Creasing Machine with Stripping is a special equipment independently  developed by our company based on the excellent performance of similar products at home and abroad, which is  specially used for die-cutting high-grade color boxes and cartons. This machine adopts high-strength gripper bars and  advanced gripper opening and feeding mechanism, suitable for various types of paperboards, cardboards and corrugated  papers. High-precision intermittent mechanism, unique front, rear and side positioning systems work together to ensure  die-cutting accuracy. The whole machine adopts advanced PLC control system with fast pneumatic clutch and pneumatic  plate locking, and electric pressure adjustment is simple and convenient. The oversized human-machine interface  digitally displays real-time information such as machine running speed, processed sheets and total operating time. The  complete fault display system accurately indicates fault causes for simple and efficient troubleshooting. The main motor  is controlled by frequency converter for stepless speed regulation and stable operation. Equipped with complete sensors  and safety devices, the machine ensures stable operation and personal safety
