XLTMY-1160 Automatic Hot Stamping, Die Cutting and Creasing Machine is a new generation of high-end machine  innovatively developed by our company based on years of experience in the design and production of hot stamping, die  cutting and creasing machines. It is equipped with both longitudinal and transverse hot stamping functions. It is mainly  used for die cutting, hot stamping, creasing and cold embossing of paper boxes, cartons and trademarks in various  packaging and decoration industries, especially for various high-grade and exquisite three-dimensional printed products,  such as cigarette boxes, wine boxes, gift boxes, small household appliance boxes, cosmetic boxes, etc. The machine  realizes full automation from paper feeding, paper conveying, die cutting, hot stamping to paper collecting. It is equipped  with automatic fault detection and display, non-stop sampling and other functions. At the same time, it has the advantages  of high die cutting pressure and high registration accuracy. The main drive system of the machine is equipped with a  pneumatic clutch and a braking device. A torque limiter is installed on the main sprocket shaft.
